Description

· Execution detailed scheduling of rotating equipment maintenance, according to maintenance plan, workload, manpower availability, company procedures and priorities set by the maintenance SPT.

· Analyze and select the equipment to submit to predictive/preventi ve maintenance.

· Allocates tasks to subordinate work teams; monitors team and individual performance taking remedial action as appropriate.

· Maintains and promotes high standards of work targeted to achieving safe, optimal process performance.

· Evaluates personnel performance through formal and informal assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses; recommends corrective action as appropriate.

· Ensuring that the activities are carried out to the safety procedures.

· Supervise the specialist in order to implement the preventive maintenance, including scheduling of work orders in accordance to the plan.

· Analyze the efficiency factor in relation to each work order closed out, detect and optimize the resources improving the efficiency of forecast.

· Analyze the historical data of each equipment, calculating the main time between failure and main time to repair.

· To carry out the on-the-job training ensuring the implementation of the training programme for the Company personnel.

· Closely monitors critical process parameters, process performance and efficiency, initiating changes as necessary through subordinate work teams.
