1. MAINTENANCE/ ENGINEERING MANAGER (MM-1)
ľ Responsible to manage Electric Power Distribution &
Transmission and to develop long and short range strategic plans,
administration of General Engineering Department planning, budget,
rates, policies and procedures and oversight of security and
maintenance of facilities and equipment
ľ Minimum eight (8) years directly related experience
including supervisory experience in a mall operations maintenance
setting
ľ Working knowledge of mechanical and utilities systems with
the ability to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions
ľ Willingness to respond to emergency situations outside
normal schedule
ľ Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

2. HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER (HK-1)
ľ Manage the day-to-day and long term operations of the
Housekeeping Department, daily operations of the Housekeeping
Department, and responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and
financial planning of the departments.
ľ At least 8 year(s) of working experience in management
experience in mall or hotel.
ľ Excellent interpersonal, team building and problem solving
skills
ľ Strong customer service orientation and skills
ľ Special ability to calmly handle difficult situations.
ľ Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may
include evenings, nights, and week-ends.

3. CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (CS-1)
ľ Responsible for managing the operations, performance
standards, supervising, and assisting in the planning and
development of new strategies and procedures within the Speciality
Customer Care area
ľ The position demands outstanding and proven customer service
and communication skills, the ability to explain the Emporium Pluit
Mall and services
ľ At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related
field is required for this position.
