We are PT. Senayan Trikarya Sempana, the owner and operator of
Senayan Square, comprising Plaza Senayan, Apartment Plaza Senayan,
Plaza Senayan Arcadia, Sentral Senayan I and Sentral Senayan II. We
currently seek suitably qualified persons to join our management
team :

1. High Rise Building Construction Project Secretary (CPS/CMO)
- Female
- Single
- Local/overseas graduate from reputable university
- Having at least 5 years experience in handling construction
project administration
- Well, organized, details conscious, neat
- Computer literate
- Excellent English skill (spoken/written)

2. Property Leasing Executive (PLE)
- FEMALE
- 23 – 30 years old
- Overseas degree in Management / Marketing / Architect / Law
or equivalent
- Excellent English (oral and written) is a must
- 1 year relevant experience preferred but not essential
- Good computer skills including excel spreadsheets
- Well organized, details conscious, team player, can work
under pressure
- Willing to work on holiday

3. Senior Tenant Relations Officer for Apartment Plaza Senayan
(TRO/APS)
- MALE / FEMALE
- Age between 22 - 27
- Single
- Local/Overseas graduate from D3/S1 degree in Hotel / Tourism
Industry
- Excellent English (oral and written) is a must
- Good communication / negotiation skills
- Computer literate
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
