Our company is an IT company specializing in Resource Management. As a
subsidiary of INTIMEDIA, a well known and established Indonesia IT company
are looking for qualified candidates, for the following positions:


*Senior Software Developer *

- At least 3 years experience in combining analysis, design, development
and implementation of large-scale systems (Object-Oriented and/or
distributed component based, especially .NET)
- Full life-cycle development experience, preferably on large-scale
applications
- Strong in logic and algorithm
- Experience with object oriented analysis/design & some knowledge and
skills on Software Architecture
- Exposure to EAI technologies (MSMQ, BizTalk, XML Web Services)
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies (such as
MSF, RUP and Agile Methodologies)
- Has good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (*C#,
VB.NET,
ASP/ASP.NET+AJAX* are advantages)
- RDBMS knowledge and skill (MS SQL Server)
- Experience in a mentoring/coaching role
- Good leadership skills and experience in leading development teams





*Software Developer*

- 0 to 3 year of actual delivery experience on a software development
project
- Strong in logic and algorithm
- Has good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (C#,
VB.NET,
ASP/ASP.NET+AJAX are advantages)
- Has good knowledge of object oriented analysis/design
- RDBMS knowledge and skill (MS SQL Server is an advantage)


*Developer Lead*

- At least 3 years experience in combining analysis, design, development
and implementation of large-scale systems (Object-Oriented and/or
