CREDIT ANALYST (CA)

Job Description :

The Position will take the responsiblity in analyzing, authorizing, or rejecting incoming credit applications according to financial information and other data of pospective customers.

Requirement :

· Minimum of University Graduate (S1) in Accounting, Management, or Engineering

· Maximum 30 years old

· Should have at least 2 years experience in the same position in banking, financial company, or as an auditorin public accounting firm

· Strong knowlegde in Corporate Analysis (Business & Financial aspects)

· Basic knowlegde in Industry which use heavy equipment (Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Forestry & Agriculture) is a plus

· Domiciled in DKI Jakarta

IT SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT STAFF (IT)

Job Description :

· Responsible for System Analysis, Design, Development and Maintenance

· Need to present findings and analysis to Business Users and Decision Makers

Requirement :

· Male/ Female, Max. 27 years old

· Minimum S1, majoring at Information Systems or Computer Science

· GPA >= 2.75 out of 4.00

· Experience min 1-2 years in Banking/ Finance/ Software Industry is a plus

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Require multiple technology understanding is prefered

· Be able to see the big picture and long term rquirements

· Must deliver short term deliverables

· Detail oriented and documentation skills are required

· Communication and interpersonal skill are very important

· Project Management skills are a plus

· Knowlegde and skill in networking, database, server and pc environment is advantage

MARKETING COMMUNICATION (MKT)

Job Description :

The Position will supporting the Marketing Head in :

· Developing & Implementing Markeing Concept & Strategy

· Analyzing Sales Performance, market share and competitors

· Handling Corporate communication, events, and other promotion activity

Requirement :

· Female, Max. 27 years old

· At least D3/ S1(Management/ Marketing/ Communication/ Advertising)

· Prefered at least 1 year of working experience in Marketing field, especially in Banking/ Finance Industry

· Good command in English, both oral or written

· Computer literate, able to operate internet and some windows application such as MS WORD, EXEL, POWERPOINT (Grafic Design program is a plus)

· Have pleasant personality & appearance, with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skill

· Strong planning, follow up and organizaional skill

· Quick adapted, self starter & dynamic, available to work in flexible time

· Domiciled in DKI Jakarta


FUNDING & BANKING RELATION (FBR)

Job Description :

The Position will supporting the Finance & Accounting Head in :

· Searching Funding opportunities from Banking and other Financial Institutions

· Building and maintain relationship

· Preparing documents needed in Funding activity

Requirement :

· Female, Max. 30 years old

· S1 (Finance/Accounting) from reputable University

· Prefered at least 2 year of working experience in Banking/ Finance Industry

· Good command in English, both oral or written

· Computer literate, able to operate internet and some windows application such as MS WORD, EXEL, POWERPOINT

· Have pleasant personality & appearance, with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skill

· Strong planning, follow up and organizational skill as well as presentation skill

· Has broaden capacity in bugdeting and funds projection

· Has wide network in Banking and other Financial Institutions

· Domiciled in DKI Jakarta

PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA)

Job Description :

Main duties & responsibility as follow :

· Responsible for a variety of correspondence, reports, and attendance

· Schedule appointments, coordinate arrangements for meeting and take minutes of meetings

· Prepare regular reports, gathering and sumarizing data including information updates from every Department

· Screning & filling internal & external documents

· Responsible for travel arrangements and travel documentations

· Managing Petty Cash

· Support marketing & promotion activities

Requirement :

· Female, Max. 25 years old, single is a must

· Candidate must posses at least D3 (graduated from Secretarial Academy is preferable)

· Prefered at least 1 year of working experience related field

· Good command in English both oral & written

· Computer literate, able to operate internet and some Windows application such as MS Word, Exel, Power Point & other related program

· Have pleasant personality & appearance, with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skill

· Strong planning, follow up and organizaional skill

· Quick adapted, self starter & dynamic, available to work in flexible time

· Has a passion in Public Relation/ Communication
