Sales & Marketing Manager (SMM)

Job Summary:

- Serves as the liaison for external partners and internal groups including Sales, Marketing and Product Engineering.

- Responsible to identify, negotiate and manage relationships with technology and channel partners whose objectives and product/service offerings complement of the company short and

long-term vision.

Requirements:

- Minimum Degree in Business or Engineering background

- 5 to 8 years working experience in managerial level in Sales & Marketing field from Telco or IT company

- Experience on operator or vendor Telco / IT company

- Possess leadership and team building skills, effective supervisory skill especially monitoring employee disciplines; have courage and firm to make tough and unpopular decision, strong project and people management skills, and proven professional public relations skills in dealing with customers

- Fluent in English

- Strong in marketing planning and strategy concept

- Familiar with MS Office and MS Project Applications

- Posses own transport and valid driving license

Technical Manager (TM)

Job Summary:

- Leads a team of engineering staffs to perform project tasks with a high degree of speed, accuracy and quality with a full commitment on timeliness in meeting established performance standards, project scope and customer satisfaction.

- Lead and develop team building, supervise and monitoring employee disciplines; make tough and unpopular decision, strongly manage project and people, and dealing with customers.

- Report the status of every project timely and accurately to the immediate superior and the custodian of the related department.

Requirements:

- Minimum degree in Telecommunication or related engineering background

- 7 to 10 years experience in Telco engineering and project management

- Excellent knowledge of telecommunication development and latest trend

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skill, have pleasant personality, team builder oriented

- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline to lead the team member

- Good in filling and time management skill

- Fluent in English

- Strong in planning and design technical concept

- Familiar with MS Office and MS Project Applications

- Posses own transport and valid driving license
