Our client, a multinational company is seeking for a contract employee, 18 months of engagement:

Office admin and Secretarial support
- Receptionist and office correspondence : Letter / Document In/Out
- Manage office facility : Corp assets (PC, NB, Printer, Projector)/moving goods/Demo unit
- Travel and event arrangement for staff such as hotel, Ticket booking etc
- Logistic : manage shipment in/out goods
