We are looking for people to work at our Call Center, below are the requirements for an agent; this person should have

Positive attitude;
Effective communication skills; both verbal and written
A customer-service focus, preferably with experience in a customer service-related field
Analytical and sound decision making skills
Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
Language requirements: Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

It¢s not a permanent position, it will be under a contract with a recruitment agency, remuneration will depend on the qualifications and working experience, range from IDR1,700,000 up IDR2,500,000/nett
