A Foreign Investment Garment Company looking for highly qualified candidates to be placed in our new factory in Subang to fill up following positions:

A. Junior Merchandiser (JMD)

B. JuniorPurchasing (JP)

C. Export – Import Controller (Exim)

D. Finance & Accounting Staff (FAS)

E. Human Resource (HR)

General Requirements :

• Male/Female minimum D3 degree from reputable university (any discipline) with good GPA
• Smart, strong motivated, hard worker person with positive attitude
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent English oral & written is a must
  

Job Description :

a. Merchandiser :

• to follow up order from sample development process, preparation order detail, sourcing fabric from local & oversea.
• to communicate with buyer in U.S.A.
  

b. Purchasing :

• to prepare & control materials for garment production such as fabric & accessories.
• to communicate with both local and overseas suppliers
  

c. Export-import :

• to handle export-import and Kawasan Berikat documentation and-procedures.

d. Finance and Accounting:

• to prepare cash flow management, budgeting, cost control and financial statement.

e. Human Resource

• to make yearly plan of social calendar, training, etc.
• to interview and sort out new candidates
• to review and evaluate achievement of each divisions
