RELATIONSHIP MANAGER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

General Requirement:

* Bachelor degree with min. GPA 2,75 (scale 4)

* Experienced in financial institution (banking is preferable) less than 2 years; or Fresh graduate from oversea reputable university

* Have strong interpersonal relationship and communication skill

* Have high integrity, dynamic, and independent

Job description:

* Provide advice and solution to our customers on their financial needs

* Acquire new customers and develop the portfolios

* Deepen relationship with existing customer

Role and Responsibilities:

* As trainee for 12 weeks: 7 weeks in class and 5 weeks on the job training

* Through 3 months of probation period
